Payment declined several times, no further info and help


I played several years ago at Ruby Slots and had several payouts and never had an issue. I recently came back to Ruby Slots in response to a players reward card promotion. After playing the promotion money, I decided to make a $50 deposit with a no rules bonus CHRISTMASCROOKSVIP on 12/01/2017 which was approved. I hit a good win fairly quickly and met all the play through requirements and ended up with a withdrawal balance of $1251.31, so I submitted a withdrawal request on same date 12/01/2017, but a pending withdrawal of $100 from 2013(which was paid, unclear why it is still showing on account as pending)... reduced my balance to $1151.31. I still put in the request thinking this would be cleared when approved. My original request was declined on 12/04/2017 and money was put back into my account reduced by the 2013 pending withdrawal leaving the balance in my account at $1151.31. I sent updated documents on 12/04/2017 and again on 12/08/2017 at the request of customer service. My withdrawal request has been declined again, supposedly for documentation. I can't get info on what other documentation is needed. I can't get info from customer service and only get automated email replies from several emails that I have sent to several different addresses attempting to find out what I need to do to get my account verified and approved for withdrawals. Any help would be appreciated on getting this issue cleared.

HI Tawni, I just found an approval email that was sent on 03/02/2018. So sorry, it got routed to a different folder in my email program. It is confirming that the withdrawal request was approved.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
