I m playing in this casino more than a year and this is the first time I win money and make withdrawal on 6th of August and the customer support team tell me it will be in a week in your account. So after a week when the money didn't receive in my bank account so I contacted customer support for more information they told me your funds has been rejected by the bank due to some policy changed by bank and I contacted the bank they told me none of the transaction was rejected by the bank and not even any transfer had made which was rejected by the bank and then again I asked customer support then they told me the same story then i ask for the documentary evidence that show the funds were transferred to bank and funds were rejected by the bank but the customer support team refused me to give any evidence and then after waiting for more than 2 weeks when I contacted customer support about withdrawal then they told me money has been withdrawn by you I said when did that happened and the customer support team asked me to send my bank statement from 6th of August I said ok I given them my bank statement and then again he twisted his statement and start telling the same story when I ask how long the rejected transaction will come back to you he said no idea or could not be. I m really depressed by the unsupported customer support team and it's more than two weeks has been passed I still didn't get any satisfying response back. I do have the chat transcripts and copy of bank statement which I m attaching with the complaint and I m really upset with the customer service who is missguiding me and not giving me any right information about my withdrawal. I m thinking like i have done any crime by playing in this casino makes me feel like as i m asking for a loan and they are making me fool everyday by different stories. Please sort out this matter and send me my winning money which I have legally win.
