Oshi Rejected all my payment methods

Hi, I am writing in hopes of receiving my 1950$ withdrawal I have been fighting with oshi for 4 days. First it was I was not verified I got verified. Then it was were having issues with muchbetter so I tried interac It was rejected, so they said to use bank transfer I did it was rejected. I never had an issue before with any casino now they are saying it's under investigation it's been 4 days. Help please.

We received your complaint regarding a delayed investigation.

Respectfully inform you that verification took longer as we were waiting for the necessary documents which were not uploaded to the account on time.

After a deposit was made from the card, it also needed to be verified, as according to the license, all payment systems that were used for deposits must be verified.

The withdrawal initiated via bank transfer was candelled for the reason that the fastest way to process is via Interac.
Unfortunately, it did not pass through the Interac due to technical reasons as the transaction couldn't be processed on their side.

We decided to process the player's withdrawal manually with the financial department.
Please be assured that the Casino will contact the player to request the necessary data for making such a withdrawal.
