I signed up with this casino and have done deposits and withdrawals and they verified my banking and all my info. I went to do a withdrawal and it wasn’t approved because they wanted proof that I made a deposit to them and gave me 3 options. I did an etransfer which is how I have deposited and received money from them. Our option for etransfer is through gigabet which is what shows on the online banking as well as bank statements but they want proof of the deposit that actually lists the casino name which is impossible. I have done their second option which is a screenshot from my banking with my account number and name visible and it shows the date and deposits to gigabet and I had a few in the same amount that day but just one was to Oshi. I have my email from Oshi saying they received the funds when it was deposited, I have verification from Gigabet that confirms the info in my etransfer in my banking was received by Oshi. The etransfer screen on banking doesn’t list names, account numbers so I verified it as proof! I honestly don’t know what else to do. One of the other options is to send a full bank statement in pdf which shows the deposit made to them however it will be a month before my next bank statement comes with Oct 19th transactions on it and even then all it says is etransfer out gigabet plus I don’t feel like they need to see all my banking transactions that has nothing to do with them. I don’t know what else to do! I am scared now to use e-transfers at any of the sites because all the proof I have still isn’t enough!

I am also attaching the screenshot of what they tell me they require of me to confirm the deposit. I picked option number two and sent a screenshot of my bank account from my online banking. My first and last name are visible and my account number and the transactions on Oct 19 to gigabet all for $30. I emailed it back to them and they told me it had to be a screenshot from a computer and not my phone so I did it all again and sent it to them and they rejected it too because it doesn’t confirm the deposit was made to their casino- which it doesn’t since it is an etransfer but I provided the screenshot from my online banking and attached the email from gigabet that confirms that the deposit on my online banking was sent to them. The times all match with the email I received from them saying they received the funds. It is impossible for me to get a bank statement that specifically lists the casino name. I told them all this and got a response asking me to upload the documents into my account- which I thought finally they approved my proof of deposit with everything I have submitted that 100% backs they received my deposit from my bank account. Gigabet supplied the confirmation number from the casino and said they would no doubt be able to look it up and know exactly where it came from . So I uploaded everything into my account and they still denied my request to withdraw! It isn’t a huge sum of money it is $300! I have reached out and asked them what is wrong with what I sent them. Everything has been provided to them for the second option that was given other than the deposit says gigabet and not the casino name and even on a bank statement it lists it as an etransfer to gigabet so even if I wait another month and send a full statement of my account it’s still not going to be anything other than I supplied plus all my other banking for the month which I don’t think is any of their business to see. I told them what they are asking is impossible to produce since an etransfer doesn’t list the casino name and the response back was they told me what was required of me and listed the 3 options again! I can’t make my statement name the casino specifically but all the screenshots and proof I have submitted shows without a doubt they know where the deposit came from. I don’t know what else to do!
