Casino will not release withdrawal with proof of deposit

I signed up with this casino and have done deposits and withdrawals and they verified my banking and all my info. I went to do a withdrawal and it wasn’t approved because they wanted proof that I made a deposit to them and gave me 3 options. I did an etransfer which is how I have deposited and received money from them. Our option for etransfer is through gigabet which is what shows on the online banking as well as bank statements but they want proof of the deposit that actually lists the casino name which is impossible. I have done their second option which is a screenshot from my banking with my account number and name visible and it shows the date and deposits to gigabet and I had a few in the same amount that day but just one was to Oshi. I have my email from Oshi saying they received the funds when it was deposited, I have verification from Gigabet that confirms the info in my etransfer in my banking was received by Oshi. The etransfer screen on banking doesn’t list names, account numbers so I verified it as proof! I honestly don’t know what else to do. One of the other options is to send a full bank statement in pdf which shows the deposit made to them however it will be a month before my next bank statement comes with Oct 19th transactions on it and even then all it says is etransfer out gigabet plus I don’t feel like they need to see all my banking transactions that has nothing to do with them. I don’t know what else to do! I am scared now to use e-transfers at any of the sites because all the proof I have still isn’t enough!

I am also attaching the screenshot of what they tell me they require of me to confirm the deposit. I picked option number two and sent a screenshot of my bank account from my online banking. My first and last name are visible and my account number and the transactions on Oct 19 to gigabet all for $30. I emailed it back to them and they told me it had to be a screenshot from a computer and not my phone so I did it all again and sent it to them and they rejected it too because it doesn’t confirm the deposit was made to their casino- which it doesn’t since it is an etransfer but I provided the screenshot from my online banking and attached the email from gigabet that confirms that the deposit on my online banking was sent to them. The times all match with the email I received from them saying they received the funds. It is impossible for me to get a bank statement that specifically lists the casino name. I told them all this and got a response asking me to upload the documents into my account- which I thought finally they approved my proof of deposit with everything I have submitted that 100% backs they received my deposit from my bank account. Gigabet supplied the confirmation number from the casino and said they would no doubt be able to look it up and know exactly where it came from . So I uploaded everything into my account and they still denied my request to withdraw! It isn’t a huge sum of money it is $300! I have reached out and asked them what is wrong with what I sent them. Everything has been provided to them for the second option that was given other than the deposit says gigabet and not the casino name and even on a bank statement it lists it as an etransfer to gigabet so even if I wait another month and send a full statement of my account it’s still not going to be anything other than I supplied plus all my other banking for the month which I don’t think is any of their business to see. I told them what they are asking is impossible to produce since an etransfer doesn’t list the casino name and the response back was they told me what was required of me and listed the 3 options again! I can’t make my statement name the casino specifically but all the screenshots and proof I have submitted shows without a doubt they know where the deposit came from. I don’t know what else to do!

Crypto withdrawal delayed for two days

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal at Oshi Casino, which is operated by Dama N.V.

My account has been successfully verified, and I requested a withdrawal to cryptocurrency. According to the information published on AskGamblers, withdrawals at Oshi Casino normally take around 2 hours, and pending time is between 0–2 hours. As this is a crypto withdrawal, I also understand that it should usually be processed very quickly.

Withholding withdrawal no communication

Dear Team

I’ve experienced ongoing issues with my withdrawal requests and would appreciate some clarity and resolution.

Initially, I was advised through chat to use certain withdrawal methods, which were later canceled on your end. Eventually, I was told to re-submit the request via Mastercard, which worked successfully after a month of back and forth.

On October 18th, I attempted another withdrawal from other winnings after deposits made using Mastercard. It remained pending for a week before being canceled. I was then advised to use a bank transfer method, which was also canceled. I tried the alternative bank method available, and that too was canceled.

When I reached out via chat, I was informed that my account would be closed with no reason given, and the agent had no information regarding the withdrawal issues.

I’m not looking to file a formal complaint at this stage, but I do hope this matter can be resolved amicably and transparently. Could you please explain the reasons behind these cancellations and the account closure notice?

Delaying regularly withdrawal

I know that in Oshi there is a rule that withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit. That’s why I deposited via Skrill and also requested my withdrawal with Skrill. First, I was kept waiting for one day, then my withdrawal was canceled, and they told me use bank transfer instead. It has already been 2 days, and I am still waiting. The support team only replies with copy-paste answers, which is very frustrating.

48 Hours Pending Time

I’ve never seen a casino that is so slow at handling payouts like that. I’ve been waiting for my money for 2 days now. They claim that they payout withdrawals fast but when you ask the support they say they have no timeframes for withdrawals which his absolutely crazy to me. Also I am verified on the website and this is my first time withdrawing after depositing THOUSANDS on their website. What a lack of respect for their costumers. I’m sick to my stomach.

I am withdrawing 900e from this casino. My account is verified and everything else is in order. I have not used any bonuses when making a deposit. I have over 20 years of experience in online casinos. I have never encountered such a delay in withdrawals. Apparently others have had similar experiences with this particular casino. Customer service only says that the withdrawal is in the queue and they are supposedly having technical problems with it. Account closed and no explanation

Hi - I have an account at Oshi casino. Fully verified, no bonuses ever. Made over 10 deposits and withdraws no problem.

Suddenly my account is blocked when I try to log in and I get an email saying they have "decided" to close my account!!! No explanation just they have made a decision.

I ask for details but customer support is ghosting / not responding to me. My balance is approx EUR 5000 but I cannot be exact because I cannot get into my account. Screenshots attached.

Waiting for Payment 3500 EUR for 5 days

I have been waiting for 5 days now, for this casino to pay out my winnings of 3,500 Euro. I did not use any bonus and my account is fully verified. Chat Support is no help and tells me they are awaiting the Manager's Approval.

I sent a message to my "VIP Manager" who did not bother to answer.
