Blocked account for unknown reason, runaround between chat and emails

I deposited money and submitted documents for verification, next day i tried to login and i saw a pop-up that showing your account is disabled and i contacted with support team. They told me this decision is by administrator, so i ask the reason but they don't wants to tell reason. I also mail and they told me that this is the final decision but what is the reason they will not tell because no reason left.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Oshi Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Here we would like to explain the situation from our side, so it becomes more clear.

Unfortunately, the player hasn't passed the verification process, therefore that account was closed per casino's sole decision.
There were no funds on player's balance or deducted funds, so our obligations to the player are done.
