Hi, on the 23rd of December I deposited £150 and used there sign up bonus. I then redeposited £50. With this £50 I managed to get the balance to just over £1000. I then couldn’t withdraw to the card. The card i used was a joint card with me and my partner. Novibet then asked for all the documents under the sun, selfie’s photos of my card photos of bank statements and photos of my partners I’d for some reason. All of which I supplied the same day, and without fuss. One month on they’re still telling me why account is under ‘examination’
I didn’t break any t and Cs and provided everything they asked for yet they’re still stalling and replying the same thing to all my emails.
