Issues with prolonged verification
I opened an account with Novibet on the 5th June, received a confirmation email from them so I therefore deposited £200 into the account. On the 13th June I received an email from them advising that my account had been deactivated as they wanted some documentation, ie proof that the phone number supplied was mine, a photo of myself with my driving licence and a copy of the bank card used for the deposit, this was emailed the same day and I received a confirmation email that these documents had been received. On the 18th June I emailed chasing up and received an email back just stating that these kind of processes are time consuming and be patient and I would be emailed once verified. I have since been on chat twice with them and all I get as an answer is that they are being processed by security and be patient. I have no access to the £200 I deposited and have not been able to play. Can you please help - I think 10 days from receipt of the documentation is long enough for them to be able to verify that the account belongs to me
