I signed up to Novibet on 26th October 2018. I deposited £250, wagered some of my cash balance, hit a win and forfeited my bonus so I could withdraw £1950.
After providing Novibet with all relevant documentation they have asked for, and further documentation including proof of my phone number, and proof of the £250 deposit made to novibet and a selfie holding my ID.
Novibet have continually said my account is under review, and this has been going on for two months now. I have sent them over 30 emails including an official complaint, and almost all of these have been ignored. I am repeatedly told the account is under review for the past two months. They fail to provide any further information.
