Novibet Casino - Delaying withdrawal by over two months

Dear AskGamblers,

I signed up to Novibet on 26th October 2018. I deposited £250, wagered some of my cash balance, hit a win and forfeited my bonus so I could withdraw £1950.

After providing Novibet with all relevant documentation they have asked for, and further documentation including proof of my phone number, and proof of the £250 deposit made to novibet and a selfie holding my ID.

Novibet have continually said my account is under review, and this has been going on for two months now. I have sent them over 30 emails including an official complaint, and almost all of these have been ignored. I am repeatedly told the account is under review for the past two months. They fail to provide any further information.

Very conveniently, the exact day that this complaint was published, novibet emailed me back saying my account was reopened and my balance is available for withdrawal.

That is, a full 7 weeks later, and around 30-40 emails later, and having being told repeatedly the same thing, novibet now decide that my account was verified.

This is nothing short of an absolute disgrace. Novibet are delaying paying out winnings for no reason whatsoever. These were my own cash winnings and it took them over two months to pay out, when all of my verification documents were absolutely perfect.

I strongly urge anyone reading - do not open an account with Novibet as your perfectly valid winnings may well be held for months, after numerous emails to them they will tell you the same thing. This case is closed.
