Delayed withdrawal due to technical difficulties

Hi

I made a withdrawal request on the afternoon of 23rd March via PayPal. To date I have not received the funds. Whenever I contact Novibet to discuss this I am advised that they are suffering technical difficulties which is preventing them from paying my withdrawal.

On Monday I contacted Novibet by livechat and they confirmed to me that my payment will be made in 24 hours. A few hours later I spoke to them and they said ‘maybe today’. I still have not received the funds.

I am fully verified, have made withdrawals using PayPal before which was received within a couple of hours of request. From my thorough review of all of the terms and conditions I have not breached anything to withhold my withdrawal.

I can provide screenshots if that would help.
