Delayed verification and account blocked

I created my novibet account 19th of November. To make 1st deposit, I had to verify my account and all my documents were accepted.I played a session in baccarat, no bonuses taken and withdraw my small win. Few days later a made a deposit of 1400GBP, did not take any bonuses and after a session in live casino playing blackjack, I attempted to withdraw 1600 GBP. Next day I received an email that my account is closed and under investigation. I was requested additional documents and selfie, which I provided. It's over 2 weeks already and my account is still locked, funds not available and no progress made on my account verification.

They reopened my account on 15th, processed withdrawal on 16th. They didn't request anything new, just finally did what they were supposed to do weeks ago. Case closed
