Delayed £8,250 withdrawal claiming PayPal issues
I recently joined this casino and verified my account. I won £8250 and then tried to withdraw to my PayPal account but was told they had a “technical issue” since then I have had countless live chats, phone calls etc and I keep getting told different things but told it’s a priority.
This morning a full 3 days later I was told that the issue was resolved and they would process my withdrawal, I said it needed to be by 13:00.... I called at 14:30 and was told the issue isn’t resolved, they can’t tell me when it will be and I have to wait for an email.
The last call I had with them I asked as they couldn’t give a timeframe could they transfer me the money but they said they have processed the transaction but due to an internal issue it can’t reach PayPal.... I called PayPal who couldn’t speak about them directly but said this doesn’t sound right.
Really need this resolved
