On the 23/8/21 I was told me account was deactivated for security reasons and I needed to provide extra ID, which I duly sent across.
On the 25/8/21 I was told my account has been deactivated and is currently under review by Novibet security department.
I have repeatedly messaged to find out why since then but have just been told that this takes time.
We are now 5 weeks on from the original Email, which seems to me ample time to know what is going on.
I have screenshotted the Emails and saved the Novibet Terms and Conditions.
I have scanned through them and have not breached any of the Terms set out, so I cannot understand what this is about.
There was over 1k in my account at the time of deactivation.
