Deactivated account and delayed payment


On 17-09-2018 I had a £13906 win on novibet and I supplied the requested I.d and it was accepted however on 20-09 I received an email saying my account had been temporarily deactivated and was under a security review then a further email on the 24-09 telling me my withdrawal had been cancelled. I have since emailed them 3 more times politely requesting an update on the situation and they cannot give me one or even a reason why my account is under review. It has now been 43 days since my win which is unacceptable.
