Account locked and no info for well over a week now


My account with Novibet is blocked, I am unable to sign in, and cannot get any information from the live chat service. It has apparently been passed on to the security team with no explanation. I have waited over a week now for an explanation, just to be told repeatedly to be patient. If they have locked my account I am pretty sure they must provide a reason for this, I just want to login withdraw my funds and close my account and am unable to do so.

I have emailed and never get a reply I have done everything you have asked and given all the documents requested I have not violated any rules this is just a cover up to deactivate my account please email me the full reason for deactivating the account
