: ID, ID in hands with face, bank statement of deposit, utilit bill, MC. After checking the documents they requested RIB and again a bank statement and documents sent.
09/10/2018 When I went to the online chat to ask that with my account, they again requested the same documents.

Hi there - I have been playing with dealers casino for months after opening a new account (and going on to deposit well over £1000). On Thursday this week, I finally had a big win, and after playing through the wagering requirements on the bonuses (that I couldnt seem to cancel on making deposits!) made a withdrawal of £4000. Everything seemed ok, and I provided all the necessary documents for verification. Upon logging in today to check on the status of the withdrawal, my account has been suddenly disabled and I cannot get any answers from the support staff on chat (who I am still trying to get information off as I write this). I demand to know what they are doing and why my winnings are not paid, and the account suddenly closed.

I have been waiting for a withdraw since the 9th of april. All documents are sent, but the livechat says they have alot of documents to handle right now. I get that sometimes theres months with more work etc, but that shouldnt be taken out on the customer. Its just not good enough. They are litterally breaking their own terms on the payout and process time. Not spending a single dime there again.

I made a withdrawal for £350 on sun 4th Feb 2018. Still showing as pending. I was told on chat it takes 48 working hours before they look at it. Nothing has changed and this amount is still pending. Also I sent my documents for verification and they were asking to send proof of a debit card which I once used for deposits but had lost. As it was still on their system they are wanting proof I had this card. I went to my bank and got a letter stamped saying this card is no longer active. I have my new card active on their site and I have already sent a copy of it. What more do I need to do to get my winnings! Also I made the deposit without a bonus so I really feel this casino are delaying paying out on purpose. Please can you advise. Thanks
