GR88 Casino - Not processing withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal 3 weeks ago from GR88 and have still not received my money. Despite in excess of 10 live chat experiences, they cannot give me a date when they will give me my money. I have been promised that my withdrawal has been given priority status and that a supervisor is looking into this but I have heard nothing and not been contacted despite promises that I would be. I have over £850 sitting idle that should be in my account and the whole process has been ridiculous from the withdrawal date. Customer service skills from the live chat reps are non existent and I have never encountered such incompetence and lack of compassion and willingness to help in all my life.
