Dublinbet Casino - Non-Payment Issue

I issued a complaint to Dublinbet Casino after my payout requests of a total of EUR 4000 June 28, 2018 was pending over a week. The Dublinbet Support pretended that there would be "inconsistencies" with my account but from my side everything is okay with my account and I can certify that I was the only person using it and that it has not been compromised.

I had paid in an innitial bankroll of EUR 3100 and including this payment and my casino wins, there are over EUR 10,000.00 pending in my account that are withheld by Dublinbet illegally and against their Terms and Conditions.

You created a first account on the 2015-02-11.

Due to chargebacks on your account, our company decided to close your account permanently, with no possibilities to reopen an account on our site.

This means that you would not be able to reopen an account with your own personal details because your identity was "banned" on our casino.

Unfortunately for you, you decided to reopen an account, with a fake date of birth. If you would have tried to reopen an account with your own date of birth, the system wouldn't allow you so.

Therefore, and in accordance with our terms & conditions, your account was blocked, and all the funds were trapped.

You can check our terms & conditions and their article 2.1.6:

2.1.6. You must enter all mandatory information requested into Your registration form, including, but not limited to, Your identity, Your address and contact details, a valid e-mail address. All information supplied to Dublin Bet must be true and correct. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the information You provide is true, complete and correct and You hereby decorate and warrant to Dublin Bet that the information provided is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that Dublin Bet carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties on players depositing or withdrawing money. You may be requested to provide Dublin Bet with documents, such as a copy of the passport, utility bills or credit card. Your Member Account may be blocked or closed and/or the funds on Your Member Account may be witheld if You do not provide requested information or documents or if such information or documents you supply is/are found false or misleading. You shall keep the information up-to-date and immediately notify us of any change to the information provided during registration.

You created a fake profile, that does not match your identity documents, therefore, we were forced to close your account, and trap the funds, as our T&C's state.
