Non Payment

I played a free chip to 180. The 150 max withdrawal was approved. Support said that I needed to deposit again because last deposit was over a year ago. Skrill is no longer supported. Tried with CC but got declined. No other options. Emails ignored and support unhelpful.

Deposited at this casino and played through the payout and had $2000 and then I read the terms and conditions and noticed that if I deposit under $249 I can only cash out 10x my deposit so I played lost it to $195 so I cashed out and did not hear from them again started reading over terms and conditions again and noticed that I should send docs so did all that still heard nothing so contact support they say the docs were dark so I resent them and again no word from them then I find out they declined $45.00 of my withdrawal and I can only assume it was because they gave me a $5 chip while I still had money in my account and so if you win it says in terms ans conditions that you can only cash out $150 from winnings from a free chip asked them about this but as usually no word from them.It's really disappointing I really like playing at Rialto. Can anyone help?

It seems I am not alone. I played here in the past but stopped and their customer retention program kept emailing me, giving me bonus. When my balance was up to 40.00 plus, I decided to play. I played 30x my bonus and put in for a small withdrawal of 250.00. Well, that was 3 weeks ago and they have blocked my account without reason or warning. Call support, they cannot give me an answer but to email the account manager. I did and its been a few days and still nothing

Try to deposit to Rialto with my credit card to request the withdrawal. In more than 2 weeks have problem with this. Got an answer that casino accept only international credit cards. Is VISA not international credit card ? Seems that casino loves to play with customers..Pity

On April 25 & 27 i summited 2all withdrawals totaling $1500 i met wagering requirements and also summitted my documents. I have been asking the Csr's for assistence but all they tell me is to contact FINANCE or Walter K. I have sent countless emails an all they tell me is its being processed. Can someone help me??

I signed at Rialto Casino from askgamblers.com at 20th of March, don't know how but I won on an ASKG exclusive freechip and that was my biggest mistake

I've made all required things like min deposit, verbal confirmation and send my docs in a few days after the win. Finally at 8th of April, I was told that some documents were missing, finally everything was approved on 10th of April,

and withdrawl manager Walter K, told me that since that I have to wait up to 18th business days to get paid.

I cannot get anyone to respond to any of my emails treid contacting the casino on several occassians all the phone operators say the same thing contact finance.(really) I'm begining to thing there is no finance dept.this is just ridiclous. after i won the 150.00 dollars i was told to send over my documents driver lic banking infromation creditcard bank statements. Like I explained to the phone operator this is a lot of personnal infromation.they agreed but still referred me back to the finance dept.which i cant not get in touch with to no avail.i,ve sent email after email i cant get in touch with anyone.
