Hello,

I have previously made a withdrawal via Trustly bank transfer, which was no problem.
A day later I wanted to do another withdrawal via Trustly bank transfer.
Then it appeared that my country the Netherlands could no longer do a withdrwal. I sent them a mail why suddenly this was not possible anymore. And I could no longer make a deposit with iDeal, previously it could.
In answer to my question that this suddenly could not be done anymore, is that they have technical problems. I can not do a withrawal in any other way, only through a bank transfer.
I would like a solution for this.

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of 1xslots Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.

This case was delayed with an answer here, but our customer support replied swiftly. The customer applied to our support and she was asked to make a withdrawal via electronic wallet instead of bank transfer. She did not reply us back and spent all the funds.

In order to withdraw funds properly we advice our fans the best suitable option. If you have any issue with it please do not hesitate to contact us.
