Hi, On Aug.8 2012 a withdrawal request for $600 US from Lucky Red Casino was apparently processed, but till this day I havent recieved it. I've had numorous contact with them via email and phone, but it seems all I get are excuses. I've read forums how you helped other players and thought I would give you guys a shot, since nothing I have done is working. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Maggie

I have our cashier looking into this for you. We did have some ACH issues in August which I assume you were affected by.
