No payout, no response, no care from WinPalace Casino

Over 1 and a half months ago I won $5000 at winpalace. After it taking about a month to finalise all my paperwork, it took another 10 days to clear a withdrawal and I got an email saying that $500 is being sent to my selected bank. That was over 8 days ago. And still nothing. No reply, no straight forward answers, no help. At $500 an installment it will take about a year at the rate they are going. I would be embarrassed to work there. Countless and countless emails I har sent them...... What's that no response. On the website it says "where ever player is royalty." to tell you the truth I sure as hell don't feel like royalty.
