No payment from Lucky Red Casino

I made a withdrawal request at LUCKY RED on JULY 19TH. It was approved for $1,760 on JULY 26TH. Numerous emails back and forth between the cashier have been courteous but very vague...they are always checking with the processor and can't seem to give a direct answer as to the status of the wire transfer

Also made another withdrawal that was just approved for $491. Can you help me get these processed...thank you
