No information about my payment after 4 months


Hi Askgamblers. Since August, 25th I do not receive the fair prize of 200 $. I sent several documents, but my 200 $ always come back to my casino account, I do not know what to do whether it pays the casino. I think the casino does not want to pay, 4 months is a very long time for payment, and I doubt that I can get money without your help.
