No confirmation of sent docs and no payment yet


I deposited 52 us dollars on november 22nd to this casino, via Neteller, and took their bonus Collosalwins , 300 percent bonus -no max cashout, no wagering. Played with stakes up to 2 dollar per bet, on slots only. Managed to get my balance up to 600 dollar.
On the 24th November I requested a withdraw of 600 dollar, I knew Ruby Slots would ofcourse deduct the 156 bonus dollars, no problem with that.
I requested a withdraw to my same Neteller account and I sent in all requested verification docs at the same moment.
After having sent several emails to them during the week after, asking if they received my docs and if they are approved I did nog get a reply except that they would reply within 1 business day, they did not, I went to chat and I undrstood I had to send my docs again to another mailadress of Ruby Slots. I did that immeiately, on Novemer 30rd, last Wednesday. In the meantime my withdraw was declined without mentioning a reason.
Despite several emails from my side to them I still got no reply again from Ruby Slots if they have recvd my docs again, are they approved ? and above all when are to going to pay my outstanding withdraw of 444 dollars to my Neteller account ?
At my account-overview a withdrawrequest of 444 dollars is mentioned but via a check, I never asked for this, I want this payment to my Neteller account, no check. I want t know if my docs are recvd and ok and I want to know when I will be paid, 444 dollar to my Neteller account.

Just checked Ruby Slots site, account overview. Abt 10.00 hrs their time, hours after Elena / Ruby finance dept mailed me that my withdraw, once approved would go to Neteller account.
My withdraw is approved , via a cheque .....
Now I am really getting a bit angry .

Following to above placed complaint I have to add that I received two emails from Ruby Slots, from Elena Financial Dept., today.
Asking for my verification docs again , 3rd time , and how I wanted to receive my withdraw....
Upon replying I prefer Neteller, same as deposit, they requested again my Neteller ID, which I also gave them twice.
They also asked me to send a copy of my email to Neteller when I requested Neteller to open an account at them...
Ofcourse I dont have this, was more than 6 years ago.
Anyways, I sent Ruby again my ver.docs , and they replied that my docs are forwarded to the right dept now and if ever withdraws dept will approve my withdraw request, payment will be done to my Neteller account.

Askgamblers , pse leave this complaint open untill I receive payment to my Neteller account, thanks very much in advance.
Something says me its not gonna be 2016 but wonders do happen from time to time.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
