On December 26, I successfully completed the account verification process.
In addition, on December 24, I received an e-mail from the casino congratulating me on winning the XMAS Race tournament. Unfortunately, the e-mail did not specify the exact amount of my winnings. Based on my calculations, I believe that the winning amount was 5,000 euros.
On December 27, the casino requested information about my crypto wallet to transfer funds. On December 30, I provided the necessary details of my crypto wallet.
Unfortunately, my messages regarding the timing of the payout and the amount of winnings remained unanswered by the casino.
In accordance with clause 11.3 of the Casino's Terms and Conditions, withdrawal requests are processed from 0 to 24 hours, depending on the selected payment method. But as of January 08, the funds have not been credited to my crypto wallet.
I earnestly ask for your help in resolving this issue promptly.

I would like to share with you information about the situation that happened to me during my participation in the tournament.
On December 17th, the casino informed me that my account would be blocked. However, the tournament started on December 10th, and all the important actions on my part were completed before the account was blocked. And on December 24, the casino congratulated me on winning the tournament.
Given these facts, I believe that the casino deliberately blocked my account, knowing about my high chances of winning.
I still insist on paying the balance and winnings for participating in the tournament.
