1000 NZD Still outstanding and conflicting information
I am resubmitting this complaint because, despite the passage of time, I still have not received my $1,000, and the information provided by N1 Bet has become increasingly contradictory.
The casino has previously stated that their payment provider confirmed the funds were returned to them on 26 May 2026 after my bank rejected the transaction. My bank has confirmed that the funds were never credited to my account and that they were returned to the sender.
Despite the casino acknowledging that the payment provider received the funds back on 26 May 2026, I have still not been refunded. Instead, I continue to receive generic responses stating that they are “checking with the payment provider” and asking for more patience.
This is what I find contradictory. If the payment provider confirmed receipt of the returned funds over seven weeks ago, I do not understand what remains to be investigated. The casino has been unable to provide any clear explanation for the ongoing delay, any evidence of further action being taken, or any timeframe for when my money will be returned.
I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly with the casino and have been patient throughout the process. However, after more than seven weeks, I am still without my $1,000 and have received no meaningful update or resolution.
I respectfully ask AskGamblers to reopen and review this complaint. The issue is no longer simply a processing delay—it is the casino’s continued failure to return funds that they have acknowledged were received back from the payment provider, while providing conflicting and repetitive information instead of resolving the matter.
I would appreciate AskGamblers’ assistance in obtaining a clear explanation from the casino and, most importantly, the immediate return of my $1,000.
