Karamba Casino - My cash outs have been delayed for 5 and 3 business days respectively

I have received 3 cash out payments on time so far, i have provided my verification details on 2 seperate occasions when asked. I am now into the 5th business day for my large cash out and the 3rd business day for a medium cash out. Totalling £3,400.00. I have been told my 3 seperate chat operators and 1 account manager that my cash outs would be processed by the end of each business day since day 2. There has been confirmation that they have all of my documentation needed and there is no explainable reason for their delaying in paying me my winnings other than the obvious of it being for a largw amount.
