My Name is Patricia my username plovemoney I have win $9,500 on slot tournaments on Ruby slot, I have photos of each deposit I made played with bonus straight cash deposit, after a week of requested withdrawls I came to check status and I see all them declined, hope to have this resolved , really hope to get paid, its very unfair not get my winnings paid.

I've reviewed your account and I do see a payment in the amount of $1250 has already been sent off to be processed--I would expect to see this reflected in your account by mid-week, next week.

I've checked on your account again and I do see another $1000 has been approved. This payment will go off early this week, and with that, I would guess it will reach your account towards the end of the week.

hi ruby slot, i did received 2 small deposits, and just saw you message about another $1000 was aproved and i may see that in my account this week, i will like to tell you that i made NO withdrawls fpr $1000, i made 3 for $1500 and 2 for $2500, iam aim sorry to say that but i think its very disrespected that i received those aproval since i am vip player( with gave me nothing good it only take away from me the good bonus with no rules and forces me to to play straigh money from my deposits ) as says on your website the max withdarwls are $2500 i really belive i should at lest received that since a have around $7000 to receive, every time you break down my aproval like that i lost $35 from you charges and my bank, i really think your casino could do much better, making costomers( players) happy plying by the rules as your casino says $2500 withdrwals i think should be like that.

Hi Patricia--

I absolutely understand your feelings with this. To be perfectly honest, I'm not certain what happened here, so I'm going to have to speak with our Payments Manager about this. Unfortunately, she won't be in until tomorrow, but I'm going to make it a priority to find out what's happened.

i still waiting, received couple payments, but Tawi from ruby slot say she will see what is goin on, because my payments are not maching my withdrans, they are coming very small and making me loose 45,00 each time is fees, i still waing .

Hi Patricia--

I really don't have a clear understanding of what happened/why these payments were split as they were. What I can tell you is that I spoke with our Payments Manager and we've agreed that the last pending amount ($5000) will go off in two payments: $2000 and $3000, consecutively.

I should know tomorrow when that $2000 payment will be sent off and I will let you know.

Hi Tawi, i still have $6000 to receive NOT 5,000 as o told, the total was $9500 from: a win 3 times as 2nd place on tounament with gave me $1,500 each time , equals $4500 PLUS one time first place that paid $5000, so toltal od $9500.
As right now i received 3 paymets only, 1st on 4/13/2017 for $1250, 2nd on 4/21/17 for $1250 and 3th on 5/5/217 for $1000 so only $3,500, i STILL have $6,000 to receive, please check your records. please i need to get paid asap, please help me, when u check your records please reply back just to make sure we are on same page as payment amount remaining, thanks.

Hi Patricia--

I've checked your account and the $2,000 payment was sent off to be processed on the 17th and the $3000 payment was sent off to be processed on the 27th.

I would imagine the $2000 payment should be in your account by now and I would expect the $3000 to be reflected by the end of this week/early next week.
