Permanent account closure not done
Ladies and Gentlemen,
After I asked several times in the chat to close my account in order to protect myself, I ordered an irrevocable account closure by e-mail on Friday, 15.12.2023 at 15:40. This was responded to without closing the account by telling me a personal manager would get in touch, which did not happen.
Regardless of this, the casino should have closed the account to protect me from further damage. This was deliberately not done.
Since then, a further 436 euros have been deposited. These are to be refunded due to the failure to close the account, which I hereby request.
I am setting a deadline of 48 hours, after which additional criminal charges will be filed. The casino is extremely unprofessional. The money can be refunded to the credit card with the final number 0604.
