Hi, the reason for this complaint is very simple, I have been waiting for two withdrawals that sum 634 euros ever since the 30rd of January. They still aren't paid, they haven't asked for kyc, and in chat they tell me to keep waiting. I am attaching the withdrawal of the highest amount and it shows the date.
