Mrpacho.com is on the point of scamming me of both balance and pending withdrawal.
Before now I was able to login my gaming account to place bets and withdrawn from my gaming account, today when I try to login as usual, I noticed that the website interface colour has been upgraded from blue it's usual colour to purple, since then I am experiencing difficulties in accessing my account as it keeps on saying "YOUR ACCOUNT IS UNDER REVIEW". This issue has been raised on multiple occasions via their online support, yet no solution. Operators keep saying everything looks fine and normal from their end, yet from my end i can't login which made me confused and frustrated.
Also, I have a pending withdrawal of 39 USD and a balance of 29 USD, making a total balance of 68 USD.
They say my account is normally, with no restrictions on it, despite these I still can not access my account, and no help is coming. It is sad, and I am frustrated.
Please, I need your help on this.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that MrPacho Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed.
We would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
I will like to draw your attention back, towards the casino exhibited dubious tactics and cunning behaviour since the beginning of this matter because the casino has no attention of paying me one single penny if not for your intervention.
Please recall that my initial withdrawal amount from my gaming account was 39 USD.
Recall also that the amount that I was paid by Mrpacho was 29.88 USD which they also falsefully claimed it to be 39 USD.
Below was their captioned response supporting my claims.
""Regarding your funds, please note that the withdrawal of 39 USD has been successfully processed. The remaining 29.88 USD is currently held in your active balance, rather than the reverse.""
The above was their response, Luckily enough from the amount received and emailed notification sent by the casino, with which I was able to provide traceable documents proofing and revealing the truth and the actual amount paid which was 29.88 not 39 USD they Falsefully claimed. (Documents below.)
So far, it is certain to say that Mrpacho and those behind this transaction knows what they're doing, and considering all of these recent dubious practices and cunning behaviour exhibited, it is a clear sign that Mrpacho is not a TRUSTED OR SAFE CASINO and it will be unjust to act with whatever documents such casino presented you with because I DO NOT RECEIVE THE 39 USD and also I do not receive emails notification as they did with the 29.88 USD, with all of these I will say that their documents are forged, cooked ,artificial etc.

Below is the documentation which I have sent before but for further clarification there is a need to resend them again for everyone to see what was paid and received (email notification and crypto received amount on the 19 of March 2026.
