My VIP manager, Victor, is treating me disrespectfully and giving me meaningless, repetitive answers that lead nowhere.
My withdrawals have been rejected multiple times: 1700 / 1700 / 1500.
I also have a withdrawal of 1500 that was approved by the casino, but it has still not been credited to my bank account.
I do not play with bonuses, and I have fully respected all the casino’s terms and conditions.
I also have all necessary screenshots as evidence, as well as the full conversation history with my VIP manager.
At this stage, I strongly warn other players: until my winnings are fully paid, I advise you not to play on this casino.

We have checked the case and as we can see the latest withdrawls dating from May 14th were cancelled by the customer himself, not from us. Also we can see that there are 3 currently pending withdrawals in the amounts of 3x1500 EUR. We would kindly ask the customer to not cancel these, in the meantime we will contact our relevant department to proceed with them as soon as possible.
