I’m having an issue with Mr Pacho Casino. I requested a withdrawal of 1200€ a week ago, and it still hasn’t been processed.
I’ve contacted customer support, but I’ve only gotten vague responses and no real answers about when I’ll get my money.
Can you help me out and look into this? I’d really appreciate it!

I’m reaching out again regarding my ongoing issue with Mr Pacho Casino. They have once again rejected my withdrawal request, and I’m getting frustrated with the reasons they keep giving. They are now asking for impossible documentation related to a hot wallet, even though the crypto came from a browser wallet, not an exchange.
Supposedly, my account is now verified, but I’m still not receiving my funds. This situation is becoming unbearable, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as quickly as possible.
