Casino X - Problems verifying my phone number

I made a withdraw request of 190 euro and the casino asked me verification documents. All good till I had to verify my mobile phone with a four digit code that would receive by sms. The sms never came to my phone so I contacted them to inform them. I asked if I could send a recent phone bill that verifies that the number is correct and that it belongs to me. They said they will send they will contact me manyally to verify the phone. They never called, only claimed that they sent me an sms with athe 4 digit code that once again never received. Ihave never had same roblem with an other casino before. Probably it's a delay method to make us keep on playing till we loose all the money.
