I was using this casino for the first time and after winning on a magician game i decided to play wild water. It took time to get into the game as it wouldn't load. However i did and won quite a lot so that after free spins I had won over $250... The game suddenly crashed and in the lobby it showed my balance being $14... I went back into wild water to see if that would resurrect my balance and winnings of which it did not . I looked in my gaming history and there was no record of me playing on the casino for the last 20 or so minutes since i had played on the magician game.. So I sent a message via their site, the live chat never is live... I did this on 25 june and i have been advised it has gone to the finance department but heard nothing since. I do not know why the finance department would handle software faults. I sent in screen shots and a detailed copy of my google chrome cache to show i had been on the game wild water..
No answer as yet I think it is taking too long it is now 5 days later.
