Hello,
Maneki Casino is the most unprofessional casino I have ever played at. I requested a withdrawal for my balance of $3,601 and they started to ask me for many documents, selfies, selfies with winks, bank statements, payslips, etc. I sent them everything they requested, but it was never enough. They then requested to call me with Skype. I said ok, and sent them my username. I waited for over 3 weeks and reminded them almost daily to call me. The finally called me and I thought the nightmare was finally over. Now 8 days later, my account is still locked. I write them basically every day and they just keep telling me the same thing, that my account will be reviewed. They have run out of things to ask me for, so now they just ignore me. They have no intention to pay winnings. Maneki casino is a scam!
