I am samarth ***** from India and my user id is nanaballkorle ... box 24 casino.
I earned dollar 900 by using 25 dollar's sign up bonus. and also met all the wager requirements. but when I wanted to withdraw 100 dollars after depositing 25 dollars I get rude and non clarity answers from chat support.
I have sent the required passport and bank statement and my bank card
photos which are attached to netteler and entropay one month ago on early April 2016. I did not have utility bill in my name, hence sent bank statement which has my address mentioned above on statement.
however i did not get any reply from box24 till I contacted ask gambler and filed a complaint. then I was suggested to deposit 25 dollar's to withdraw my 100 dollars as i have earned 900 dollars and met wager requirements.
after ask gambler contacted about my issue. box 24 contacted me saying my bank statement does not contain address. but honestly speaking. you people did not check it correctly. the address is mentioned in the bank statement at the top left. but no reply. then I got a reply from ask gambler that i will have to deposit the money to meet the withdrawal guidelines. I did it.
hence i deposited 25 dollar's. but when I am clicking on withdrawal option in your website. it says I have not met withdrawal guidelines.
to be very honest. It's upsetting the way box 24 is treating me. still I am unable to withdraw my own real money. it's been more than I month I am waiting for a proper response from box 24.
if I contact chat they say I need to wait. how long? is my question. and they say they don't know. what does this mean?
this email is also forwarded to ask gambler as i am fed up of waiting the style of response by box24. trust me it's really frustrating when i don't get any response for my email and unable to withdraw my own money.
my KYC docs is also attached with this complaint for askgambler references. it might happen that box24 might come up with some other reason. so attached all docs here.
