11 days after withdrawal request still payment in review

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request made 11 days ago at Magius Casino. While the casino's stated policy for withdrawals is 3 business days, my request has remained in "processing" for over a week beyond that window.

I have been a loyal player at this casino for over two years and have successfully completed two previous withdrawals without issue. My account is fully verified, and I have not used any active bonuses that would complicate this transaction.

I have contacted customer service daily for the last 7 days. Each time, I am told the payment is "processing" and that my funds are safe, but the staff refuses to provide a specific timeline or an explanation for the delay. At this stage, the casino is failing to fulfill its own terms and conditions regarding payment windows. I am requesting that Magius Casino finalize the processing of my funds immediately.

am following up on my withdrawal request submitted 14 days ago. I have been repeatedly told by support agents that the request is in its 'final stages,' yet there has been zero movement for two weeks.
​As a loyal customer of several years with a verified account, the 'backlog' explanation is no longer acceptable for a process that typically takes three days. Please escalate this ticket immediately to a supervisor or the finance department manager. I am requesting a firm date for the transfer and a transaction ID once it is processed. I expect a response that is not a template script.

Delayed payment after big win
On May 8, 2026 I have won a jackpot in at Magius Casino. After it, I have continued playing, leverageing huge amounts (millions HUF...my initial deposit was 85.000 HUF). I have been playing since that day, too (until now...because my trust is starting to decrease).
I have initiated 3 withdrawals. On of these was canceled due to (technical errors on the side of payment provider). I have initiated it again. This and the other two withdrawals are "under check) (includin the first one, which was initiated on 9th MAy, 9 days ago).
I ha written several chat messages and emails but got only clichés from them. They even promised (via chat) to send my request for making the process quicker to the financial department. They have never written any concrete cause for the delay.
Finally, the wrote in an email that there is an "unexpected delay due to a higher-than-normal volume of transactions".
The procesing time according to the T&C is 3 business days.
In the past, they fulfiled my withdrawal requests in 2 days or less (attached).

I thought it was a reliable and good casino.
Trust is very important in the case of money and I have never experienced such a poor processing mechanism and attitude from any online casinos. In the case of more delay, I will be initiate legal steps.
But is is not my intention, I really would like to continue playing at Magius since they have very good games and favourable bonuses.
I really hope the they can solve the problem immediately.

I am submitting this complaint because Magius.com has failed to pay my legitimate winnings in the amount of €70, 149,63 despite the withdrawal request being pending for over seven weeks.

I have fully complied with all requirements requested by the casino. My KYC verification documents were submitted, and I have cooperated with their support team multiple times in an attempt to resolve this issue directly. Unfortunately, I have received no clear explanation for the delay, only vague responses or no response at all.

There has been no allegation of rule violations, fraud, or breach of terms communicated to me. My account balance reflects the winnings clearly, and the withdrawal request remains unresolved.

Due to the prolonged delay and lack of transparency, I believe this situation is unjustified and unfair. A waiting period of more than seven weekd for a withdrawal of this size is unreasonable and unacceptable.

Please note that I have decided to permanently stop gambling, and I am not seeking any bonuses or further gameplay — only the withdrawal of my rightful funds.

I respectfully request ASkGamblers assistance in mediating this dispute and helping ensure that Magius.com fulfills its obligation to process and pay my withdrawal in full.
