I won a jackpot and the Magius platform
On 05 October 2025, I won the Red Tiger jackpot on the game Treasure Mine at Magius Casino. First, I withdrew HUF 320,000 to my Revolut account, which I had always used for both deposits and withdrawals. I have previously made several withdrawals from Magius to this same account. This first payout was successfully completed.
After this successful withdrawal, I attempted to cash out 3 × HUF 320,000, which is the maximum amount I can withdraw per transaction at my VIP level. The withdrawal requests were submitted on 23, 24, and 25 October 2025. Shortly afterwards, I received a KYC review request, and all withdrawals were blocked. I submitted every required document.
According to the platform, they are still reviewing a bank card I used for a deposit in August 2025. This card was a Revolut virtual card, which I permanently closed in August for security reasons. This card has nothing to do with my current winnings, yet no payout has been processed since then. They requested a bank statement proving the deposits made with that card, which I submitted on 27 November 2025.
Since then, I have not received any response, and no withdrawals have been processed. I would like to request assistance in completing the first pending payout, as I have been waiting for more than one month to receive the HUF 960,000, despite following all procedures correctly.
