I played at this casino last Friday. Tried to make a withdrawal, but you cannot initiate a withdrawal until your account is approved. I uploaded the required documents the same morning. I haven't heard from them since. The message after uploading the required documents says to contact customer service if documents are not approved after 48 hours.
I contacted the live chat on Monday and tried to get connected to an agent, but no reply since.
I emailed them on Monday, but no reply either.
I called their landline number, but that number doesn't seem to work.
As a player, I get the impression there is nobody working there, all possible contact so far was with a chatbot.
I hope AskGamblers are able to get in contact with them.
