Delayed account verification


I made a withdrawal request 20/04/2017, almost 17 days ago. The account verification started the same day with me uploading several documents, which all got approved. Several days later they ask for my health insurance card, so I provide them with a photo of it. I haven't heard anything since.

I contact live support almost daily and they always say the same; they're waiting for a response from the payment team. Their support have now sent them three mails about it, but they never seem to get a reply on how the verification process is going. Every time I try to contact them via email it takes around a week before they reply.

Now with my health insurance card leaked (had to send it over mail), I start growing very nervous if they're scamming me.

I attached an email showing that I've sent them the card - took them 12 days before they asked for it. (i covered the last 4 digits for this complaint).

I've now recieved my money, so my withdrawal has been processed almost 20 days after I requested it. This complaint has been resolved!

I have now received another mail (in danish) saying that they have sent my document (health insurance card) to the right department. That is the third time I have heard them say that they've sent it to the "right" department for processen (the other two times were because I complained in live chat, so now they have recieved my insurance card three times in total with no result). I feel like it's going around in the same ring.

Payment of €5,000 delayed for well over a week now

Dear ladies and gentlemen, last week on the 8th august 2018 at the morhing i have won 5000 Euros on Luckyniki.com. After i have done the withdrawal i opened the chatwindow to ask for a faster processing of the cashout. While i was talking to the women of the casinos support, i got an email, which says that the withdrawal has been processed luckily and the money should arrive very soon at my bank account. I waited till Friday and i couldn´t see any credits of 5000 Euros on my bank account. I contacted the support again and wanted to see a bank satement of their bank which shows, that the 5000 Euros has left their bank. But they denied to show me anything like this and ordered in return my bank statements and additionally a writing from my bank, that i didn´t receive 5000 Euros the last few days with a stamp of the bank. This is very unusuall that a casino orderes that much to just show me proofly that they have really done the transfer to me.... So i waited till Monday because on the weekend banks donn´t work. Still on Monday i didnt receive anything so i contacted them again. They still were very stubborn and wanted these documents again. The same action repeated itself yesterday so i decided to go to my bank. They said that they can not create such a document on which is written that i didn´t receive funds. They only can confirm transactions that i got. After all i only got my bank statements from the 7th - 14th of august 2018 and sended them directly to the casino, which is supposed to be enough because this is the real proofment on which you can really see if you got the money or not. This is also what my bank said! The casino just gave me a transaction number and told me without any proof that the money has left their account on the 8th of august. 15.08.2018: Today i have checked my bank account till now 5 times and i really do not receive any funds from the casino. The cashout was processed via Trustly as the casino said and as i also did and everybody knows that Trustly is a very fast working mediator so the money should have arrived at my bank account lately on the 10th of august 2 days after final processing by the casinos financial department was done. So now i would be very thankful if i could get helped by ASKGAMBLERS. Thank you for your attention and your standby to help me. Best regards.
