Deposits still not credited
Hi for the last 3 days I am struggling to get an update from the support team regarding deposit failure . The support team always comes up with a standard reply as "Team is looking into this".No response to the email and live chat are too late in responding to the queries. Initially, they asked for a payment screenshot and later a bank statement and ask me to send an email to different email ids.
I found the support team seriously lack of experience handling the customer .hardly any knowledge about the casino process of handling similar kind of issue
