I make deposit 60€ and get 60€ bonus. Wager requirement 50x bonus and total 3000€. That's fine.

I start spinng at my work on PC and wager about 1000€. My credit is about 200€, driving home, and continue playing with my iPad on redbet mobile casino. Log in and open Second Strike slot.. Slot look strange because part of slot disappear bottom of screen and not see my balance, just part of this word "Balance" Check screenshot attachment.
I dont mind and start spinning, after few hours i hit 3 nice win, 330€, 14€, and 28€.. Then spin maybe 10 round more and excited go lobby and check if my bonus wager requirement done already and can i withdraval my winning already.
Suprisely my balance is only 209€ and i need to wager more about 1000€.

When i ask from support service they say its technical problem to check my play history at moment and promise investigate this issue, after 2 days say I don’t spin those time any spin on Second Strike on this time and call me liear.

So..I think it is impossible to prove this but this is just not fair so i wanna share this casinos technical problem and unfriendly support service.
I don’t make any screenshot of winning or any evidence my side because of course I thing I can trust this casino and those winning come to my account even I don’t see it when I still on this slot because this technical problem.

Unfortunately this case dont have anything to updated. On email things dont get solved earlier and then i try this way but look like they just dont care their customers problem.
