Long delay in receiving small payment

I'm still waiting for $149 payment from my wd request that was APPROVED by Dreams Casino on Sept 22nd (37 days). I have chatted with Dreams customer service and gotten the standard response: "your request has been escalated and you should receive payment within a week". This long-overdue delay is unacceptable. I am requesting your help in resolving this issue and getting paid in a timely manner.

Hi Mike--

As you're aware, we've just finished sorting out your Royal Ace issue, so now we'll be moving on to either this issue or your issue with Silver Oak (I'm not certain which until I receive confirmation from our Payments Manager. Please be assured, that I'll be following both issues and you'll be paid in the same swift fashion as with the other issues I've already resolved. ;-)

I'll be back in a couple days with a firm update.
