My withdrawal request has been pending for more than two weeks.

Support doesn’t respond at all.

The compliance is doing ‘bet check’ until 3 June 2026

Lollybet only delays withdrawal for no reason and gives no update at all.

Thanks for helping to solve this problem with them.

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team,I am submitting this official complaint against Lolly-Bet Casino regarding the severe delay of my 7 pending withdrawals, which total €3,500. My remaining active account balance is €6,850.My withdrawals have now been pending for a total of 11 days without any processing. I have fully complied with all terms and conditions. When I contacted Live Chat, the support agent explicitly acknowledged this unacceptable delay, stating verbatim: "I will let the payments team know about it since it's indeed too much time."Following the agent's instructions, I sent a formal follow-up email to [email protected]. The casino has completely ignored my email, failed to provide any updates, and the 'Cancel' button remains active on all 7 transactions. It is clear that the casino is using stalling tactics.I am uploading the unedited screenshots of the Live Chat admission, my sent email, and my account status. I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and urge Lolly-Bet to release my €3,500 immediately.Thank you for your assistance.

Casino is not processing my withdrawals

I’ve been playing on the Lollybet site for several months.

Sometimes I lose, sometimes I win small amounts.In August, I won a bit more. I requested a transfer of 500 euros, which was never processed. So, I submitted another transfer request on August 27th, which was also never processed.

I requested another €300 and €200 on September 6 and September 9. This request still hasn't been processed.I contacted the site via chat several times.

The answer will come in due time.

I sent emails that remain unanswered.

I contacted the Lollybet manager several times via Telegram. No response.

There were no issues up until August.

I have received no response. I don't know what to make of the situation.

Over the months of June, July, and August, I deposited over €1,000 on your site and wagered a total of more than €4,000.

I did this without any bonuses, meaning there were no wagering requirements attached.

Lollybet doesn't refuse money withdrawals; they are smarter than that—they simply don't process them at all.

Furthermore, you should know that Lollybet offers money to its customers in exchange for fake reviews on your site. You will find the evidence in the attachments.

The reviews on your site are fake. Lollybet is cheating.

Account closed with hight balance

LollyBet closed my account and withheld my balance of €7,478.93 after several consecutive big wins and after requesting another payout.

My account was suddenly closed. However, I have already been paid several times on this site, which also encouraged me to make further deposits.

I have contacted LollyBet numerous times by email to ask for return of my balance, but I have received no response whatsoever.

I am contacting you because Lollybet has been holding my €6000 hostage for 1 month now, refusing to let me withdraw a single cent without any valid reason.

Lollybet is holding 6000 euros of my Lollybet balance hostage.

They are claiming that account verifications have been underway since June 3rd, even though no such thing is happening (more than one month)

I haven't made any withdrawals this month, even though I am entitled to withdraw €2,000 in winnings per month.

I won, so they ought to pay me; however, it seems they are stealing from many European players.

I have attached screenshots as proof. Please intervene with them to enable the standard withdrawal of my winnings. They do not answer at all.
