LollyBet closed my account and withheld my balance of €7,478.93 after several consecutive big wins and after requesting another payout.

My account was suddenly closed. However, I have already been paid several times on this site, which also encouraged me to make further deposits.

I have contacted LollyBet numerous times by email to ask for return of my balance, but I have received no response whatsoever.

I categorically deny having created or used multiple accounts, let alone making deposits or placing bets on other accounts.

I also dispute the “bonus abuse” allegation. I only used bonuses offered by LollyBet, and I have the numerous promotional emails encouraging me to make deposits in order to receive these bonuses.

Finally, LollyBet initially gave me a completely different reason for closing my account: an alleged restricted country. They are now giving completely different reasons. This is ridiculous.

I am asking for concrete evidence. It is too easy to make allegations after the fact without allowing the player to verify or challenge them. Interestingly, when looking at the negative reviews on Trustpilot, it seems I am not the only one in this situation. Here is just a small sample of people who have experienced a similar problem. Coincidence? I don’t think so.

My balance of €7,478.93 remains due.

The player’s account was suspended on January 15, 2026, following an investigation by our Compliance and Risk Department.

Our investigation identified the creation and use of multiple duplicate accounts, together with bonus abuse, in breach of LollyBet’s Terms and Conditions. The account closure and the resulting action regarding the associated balance were therefore unrelated to the player’s winnings or withdrawal request.

For security and data-protection reasons, we cannot publicly disclose the full details of our internal investigation. However, we remain available to provide AskGamblers with relevant supporting evidence privately upon request.

Holding my 6000 EUR hostage for a month

Hello,

I am contacting you because Lollybet has been holding my €6000 hostage for 1 month now, refusing to let me withdraw a single cent without any valid reason.

Lollybet is holding 6000 euros of my Lollybet balance hostage.

They are claiming that account verifications have been underway since June 3rd, even though no such thing is happening (more than one month)

I haven't made any withdrawals this month, even though I am entitled to withdraw €2,000 in winnings per month.

I won, so they ought to pay me; however, it seems they are stealing from many European players.

I have attached screenshots as proof. Please intervene with them to enable the standard withdrawal of my winnings. They do not answer at all.

I am contacting you because Lollybet has been holding my €2,633 hostage for 30 days now, refusing to let me withdraw a single cent without any valid reason.

Lollybet is holding 2633 euros of my Lollybet balance hostage.

My withdrawal request has been pending for more than two weeks.

Support doesn’t respond at all.

The compliance is doing ‘bet check’ until 3 June 2026

Lollybet only delays withdrawal for no reason and gives no update at all.

Thanks for helping to solve this problem with them.
