I made a deposit that went into my casino account just fine, but am not able to access the Live Chat function to reach a rep. This is very frustrating because players are not able to add bonuses without speaking with a customer support rep. Normally, there is a small tab on the right side of the casino home page to initiate a chat session, but that does not show up.
Based on my findings, there is no way to contact support via phone so I resorted to sending an email to the general support email address shown on their Contact page.
This issue happens often and I have tried on various browsers, from iPhone, Android, PC, cleared cookies, etc. Nothing seems to work.
This issue is enough to make me not want to play on Black Diamond anymore.
