I joined the site - paid a deposit and had a win. I applied for cash out of £250 and got an email requesting verification documents - which i sent straight away. I have asked for confirmation that documentation was ok and got no reply. have spoken to live chat and all i get is there is a back log and it will be dealt with - have since continued to play and made a further £250 cash out - and am still waiting. please help me because im worried i have been scammed
