I have been trying to withdraw money from Karamba and have been asked for, identification, card details and notarised identification. I got a local solicitor to notarise my ID at a cost to me and sent all the requested information in to them. I was then asked for a copy of the card i deposited with them and for notarised ID with a round stamp? My notarised ID had a rectangular stamp so is it no good because it needs to be round? I have asked several times to make a complaint and for their complaints procedure to be sent to me but i have not received a response. It appears that they are finding excuses not to pay me my £100. I am very unhappy with the unrealistic demands and lack of customer service and would like this resolved.
