I won about 4000 euros (40000 NOK) on feb 26th. This was without a bonus so everything about my withdrawal should be in order. In order to get my money I sent in all the required docs.
Now, a week later (march 5th), I am still waiting for my winnings.
The customer support agents have all told me different things. «Your documents are verified.» «Your documents are still awaiting approval». They even sent me an email requesting me to prove that my credit card was to longer in use, and then referring to the last digits of my skrill account. Didnt make sense at all. My credit card is still in use.
Today they’ve told me that they have a lot of withdrawals pending and that I should be patient. Patient? I’ve waited a week already.
Karambas website say that a withdrawal shall take 48 hours to review, then anorher 24 hours for the transaction to rhe Skrill account. Thats 3 days. I’ve waited 7.
A proper casino should treat their customers better than this, rather than to make up excuses. May I suggest hiring more people to deal with verification and withdrawals?
